You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use cari2u. We conduct age and identity verification checks. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and all funds held pending review.
Each player is permitted a single active account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension without prior notice.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Specific rollover conditions are stated in each individual promotion's terms. Bonus abuse is monitored and will result in forfeiture.
Deposits are accepted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB, Public Bank, and cryptocurrency. Withdrawals must be made to verified accounts in the same name as your cari2u profile.

Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of bots or automated software, money laundering, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. cari2u reserves the right to void bets and permanently close accounts where such conduct is detected.
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and cari2u (the "Company", "Platformwe", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://cari2u.cam and all associated services, games, products, and features offered therein.

Age Verification: cari2u employs automated and manual age and identity verification checks. If reasonable suspicion arises that a User does not meet the eligibility criteria, the Company reserves the right to suspend Account access, withold withdrawals, and request documentary evidence of eligibility. Any winings generated by an ineligible User may be forfeited in full.
To register an Account, Users must provide accurate and complete personal information as prompted during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, cari2u is required to conduct a Know Your Customer verification. Users must submit clear copies of the following documents:
KYC is a one-time process for each Account. Standard KYC review is completed within 30 minutes during operational hours. In complex cases, additional documents may be requested and review may take up to 48 hours.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. cari2u will never contact you via live chat, email, WhatsApp, or any other channel to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, contact our support team immediately via live chat.
cari2u accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following payment channels: DuitNow, FPX / Online Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/TC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, Litecoin/LTC).
Cryptocurrency Deposits: Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile — the fiat equivalent of your deposit may differ from the value at the time of initiation. A 2% crypto deposit bonus (up to MYR 688) may apply, subject to the promotion's specific wagering requirements.
Users may request withdrawal of real-money funds (excluding locked bonus funds) at any time via the member dashboard, subject to the following conditions:
Estimated processing times: Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow withdrawals are typically completed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers (FPX) typically take 15minutes to 2 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times and typically complete within 30–60 minutes.
cari2u offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referal bonuses, cashback promotions, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to this clause and any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
Behaviour constituting bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements (bonus hedging), coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, and using automated or robotic systems to generate bonus-related activity. Any Account found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
All bets placed on cari2u are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, etc.). The following general rules apply across all products:
Sport-specific rules (including rules for EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, NBA, and UFC markets) are made available within the sports betting product interface and form part of these Terms by reference.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cari2u Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

All content on the cari2u Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of cari2u or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, modification, creation of derivative works, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of cari2u.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cari2u and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
cari2u's total aggregate liability to any User for any direct damages, losses, or causes of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
cari2u does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect service availability. cari2u accepts no liability for losses resulting from Platform unavailability.
Note: Gambling involves financial risk. cari2u is not responsible for any losses incurred through placing wagers on the Platform. You acknowledge that all wagering decisions are made by you of your own free will.
cari2u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at https://cari2u.cam/terms-conditions with an updated "Last Updated" date reflected at the top of this page.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the cari2u Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which cari2u holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.
